English is the official language of our Club’s meetings, it is the perfect place to practice your speaking and listening skills. But don’t worry, we can also speak Polish, although we have currently members from 5 different countries.
HOW IS A MEETING STRUCTURED?
The best way to find out is to come and see! But, to cut a long story short: our meetings are inspiring, full of energy and positive emotions. We present speeches – which have been prepared in advance – and receive constructive feedback from our evaluators, who are our fellow members. We also answer on-the-spot questions to train our ability to answer questions when we are not prepared for them. And finally, we are organized. We start and finish on time, we follow Toastmasters International procedures and make sure that with every meeting we get better at what we do.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
You can visit for free as a guest anytime you wish! If you like what we do, you can join the club.
It only costs 220 PLN for 6 months. You are assigned a mentor who will explain everything and help you work on your first projects. You will receive speakers and leaders manuals, you will learn how to handle different club functions, which will help you become more self-organised and responsible. And, of course, you will speak! You will learn how to prepare a speech, how to behave on stage, what words to use, and much more! You will also receive feedback every time you speak. You will be amazed how fast your progress is.
